Administrative Officer Vacancy, We are urgently looking for an experienced and talented Administrative Officer for our firm, location Dubai.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external team members
  • Assist in preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Execute and coordinate daily administrative tasks set by managers
  • Follow and adhere to OHS and company policies and procedures

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • The ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Proven experience as an administrative/office assistant
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in PC applications – MS Office, Gmail.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems a plus
